- Responsible for achieving on-time productivity within a shift as per production plan
- Responsible for ensuring process and product compliance.
- Responsible for controlling rejections by analysing the skills set of the operators
- Responsible for improving the operator skill set by providing them input for training requirement by updating skill metrics
- Ensure new production methods are implemented in order to increase the efficiency of the machine
- Co-ordination with PPC planning and scheduling of production in consultation with production supervisor
- Direct and issue timely instructions to supervisor and operators in order to achieve the production targets during the shift.
- OEE improvement & analysis of in-house rejection, COPQ & preparation of detailed actionplan and execution through the PDCA cycle.
- Involved in Complete CNC Programming, fixture setting, try-outs, process mapping, preparation ofcontrolplan, FAI, FMEA, APQP for the new component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements.
- Involve in Capacityplanning,Plant facility budgeting, completeplantlayout finalizations.
