CNC Precision Machining
Our CNC milling service with technology advancements provides economic outputs with minimal waste, increased production rates and lower per piece costs to the client.
We are equipped with 3, 4 and 5 Axis Machining Centers, CNC Swiss turning, EDM, Gear Milling & Turning, Horizontal Milling & Turning and Vertical Milling & Turning. It produces complex, High Precision components with dimension accuracy of ±0.0001 % finishing - 8 RMS depending on the location of the part and Hard Turning & Milling – Up to 70 Rockwell C.

Innovative Process Control
Radio Transmission probe
The higher the degree of human involvement in the manufacturing process, the higher the risk for error. Automated in-process measurement using probes can help eliminate the risk. The radio probe system can facilitate the following measures for enhanced management.

Heat Treatment
Our modern in-house heat treatment facility is equipped to handle a wide array of customer requirements.
- Provides consistent, reliable and replicable results
- Consists of a mechanized rotary charger that enables the operation of the entire heat treatment facility. This not only minimizes the level of human intervention required, but also enables the operation of the facility in a controlled manner. It also enables quenching of the fill batch within 60 seconds
- Expertise in heat treating different grades like carbon steel, carburizing steels, low alloy steel, High alloy steel, Martensitic stainless steel, Austenitic stainless steel, Precipitation stainless steel, Duplex and super duplex stainless steels.
- Combination of batch & continuous furnaces with oil, water & polymer quenching facility from 500 kg to 4.5 tons per lot.
- Facility supported by a full team of qualified Metallurgists and inhouse mechanical testing facilities.
Welding/Inlay Welding
Sayatva has an extensive range of procedures and techniques for weld inlay and weld overlay cladding applications for the Offshore, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries.
Heavy and complex workpieces can be handled by ETR (Endless Torch Rotation) System which allows welding of workpieces with different bore angles, delivering high throughput and consistent results.
Weld overlays on components for final machining can be done -externally by the customer or within our extensive machining facility. NDT, post-weld heat treatment and final certification as per the customers' requirement and specification are available.

Non-Destructive Testing
Sayatva performs non-destructive testing on castings, forgings, weldments, fasteners and other critical components in Aerospace, Defense & Oil & Gas industries.
To assure compliance and conformance to customer specification requirements, we use below certified inspector to evaluate the examination results

Ultrasonic Testing
Sayatva inspection services has Ultrasonic flow detector for use in direct sunlight and operation at extreme temperatures. Ultrasonic flow detectors used for a wide range of automated systems testing applications. The exclusive SmartView feature displays even the shortest echoes for critical scanning, rotating part inspections and accuracy.
Magnetic Particle Inspection
Our Electromagnetic crack detection microprocessor-based machine –
Coil type with inbuilt demagnetizer can inspect multidirectional cracks.
We use highly visible wet fluorescent Magnetic Particle inspection method where detection of fine surface cracks is easily distinguishable. Oil/water-based carrier enables even application on the parts.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) electrically induces magnetic fields in ferrous material to create a highly sensitive inspection method.
This method can detect miniscule cracks and slightly subsurface discontinuities that can lead to part fatigue and eventually part failure.
